In-person reception is closed on weekdays, but we are still aavaiable to help! Please call 0492 991 069 for assistance.

On weekends, in-person reception is open from 2pm to 6pm.

Any guests requiring after-hours support (after 6pm) can call 0451 241 146.

Check in begins at 2pm, and after hours check in is available.

Check out is at 10am.

We do offer late check outs as an added extra when booking direct. You can find out more here.

Free parking for one car per room is provided on site.

Occasionally, this does not work out in which case there is free parking in the street behind us.

Yes, but it does depend on the group size and purpose. Please contact us via email or phone to discuss.

A valid credit card is needed to guarantee the booking, but you can pay cash on arrival.

A $200 bond will need to be provided if you do not have a credit card.

We have some cots available for your stay for $10 per night. Please request at the time of booking

In accordance with state health regulations, smoking is prohibited in all of our rooms. Not adhering to these guidelines will result in a $300 fine.

Strictly no pets are allowed on the property. Fines apply.
